CONGRATULATIONS, Nanyang Polytechnic Class of 2024 GRADUANDS!

We are pleased to inform everyone that we will be the official supplier of Nanyang Polytechnic’s Graduation Gown.

As the graduation ceremony is a dignified event, all Graduands participating in the Graduation Ceremony will be required to put on the Graduation Gown.

GOWN PURCHASE/RENTAL PROCESS

Please read through the following steps to ensure a smooth process!

1. Register an account with us and fill out your details and select the size for your Gown according to the ‘Size Chart’ below.

2. Upon completion of the online ordering of the graduation Gown, you will receive an email confirming your order/purchase. Please keep a copy of this email confirmation.

3. The lead time for delivery is about 5 to 7 days. Please place your order by 24 April 2023 and email/call Beau Voix if you do not receive your Graduation Gown by 28 April 2023. Graduands are reminded to key in their full address and contact number correctly.

Notes:

i. Rental/purchase of graduation Gown will be via home delivery only.

ii. Graduands are reminded to check the condition of the Graduation Gown upon receipt of the Gown

iii. Graduands will be allowed only one exchange for defective Graduation Gowns delivered.

iv. No change in size is allowed. Graduands are to use the size guide when choosing the size of the Graduation Gown.

V. Payment can be made online via credit/debit card and PayNow only.

RETURNING OF RENTAL GOWN PROCESS

Please read through the following for instructions on the return procedure!

TIMING & LOCATION

Notes: 

i. Graduands may return their gowns in NYP during Graduation 2024 [TFA (Theatre for the Arts) Function Room A.248] at Blk A Level 2 (near Koufu)
    or book an appointment from 2 May 2024 (click here to book) to return the Gown at the office of Beau Voix Uniform.

ii. Return of graduation gowns at Beau Voix Uniform's Office is strictly by appointment only.

iii. Graduands are advised to keep to their appointed day and time as registered on the website.

iv. Beau Voix reserves the right to reject the return of the Gown if graduands return their gowns after 31 May 2024.

V. Deposit will be returned, in cash, upon receipt of the gown

ADDITIONAL INFO TO NOTE

All graduands are to take note of the following information & instructions for the graduation ceremony.

INSTRUCTIONS TO GRADUANDS ATTENDING THE GRADUATION CEREMONY 2024:

1. All graduands participating in the Graduation Ceremony will be required to wear the NYP Graduation Gown.

2. Full-Time National Servicemen (NSF) are expected to change into the recommended

3. The NYP Graduation Gown consists of a one-piece robe with a detachable collar flap, as shown below.

THE LOOK

Diploma course graduands (both full-time & part-time): Red and yellow collar flap with your graduation gown (as shown)	Advanced/Specialist Diploma course graduands: Purple and yellow collar flap with your graduation gown (as shown)

DAMAGE & LEVY POLICY

PLEASE NOTE:

- Do not use pins or sticky tapes on your Graduation Gown as this damages the fabric.

- To iron, turn the gown inside out. Use only LOW HEAT.

- Do not use double sided sticky tape to attach collar flap to attire.

- The extent of damage is determined solely at the discretion of Beau Voix (including its staffs and part-timers employed).
